Conviction for Akesa Tupou

  • 1 x section 261(6A) of the Companies Act 1993 for failing to comply with the liquidator’s notice given under section 261(1)-(3) of the Companies Act 1993 to attend at the offices of the liquidator for the purposes of examination.
  • 1 x section 261(6A) of the Companies Act 1993 for failing to comply with the liquidator’s notice given under section 261(1) of the Companies Act 1993 requiring her to deliver company books, accounts and records to the liquidator.

Convicted on 22 January 2020 and sentenced on 10 July 2020 to 120 hours’ community work and 12 months’ supervision.
