Restoration notice — Companies Act 1955

Notice of intention to restore 1 company to the Companies Register.

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies proposes to restore the following company to the register on the application of the persons named below on the grounds that they were either carrying on business or some other reason existed for the companies to remain on the register or was party to legal proceedings or was in liquidation at the time of removal.

Section 303, Companies Act 1955

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 25 September 2025 being not less than 28 days from the date of this notice.
