Removal notice — section 341(3)

Notice of intention to remove 13 companies from the Overseas Register.

I intend to remove the following companies from the Overseas Register under section 341(3) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that I am satisfied that the companies have ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Section 341(3), Companies Act 1993 New Zealand Legislation

Unless written objection to removal of any of the above companies on the ground that they are still carrying on business in New Zealand is delivered to the Registrar by 13 April 2026, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar is required to remove the companies from the Overseas Register.
