Removal notice — section 318(1)(c)
Notice of intention to remove 65 companies from the Companies Register.
I intend to remove the following company from the Register under section 318(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1993. I am satisfied that the company has been put into liquidation, and no liquidator is acting, and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act have not been delivered to the Registrar for registration.
Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to removal of any of the above companies is delivered to the Registrar by 13 April 2026, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar is required to remove the companies from the register.
