Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 2 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by ACCOUNTING SOLUTIONS LIMITED

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To remove a Particulars of Shareholding dated 8 November 2023.
    2. To submit amended annual returns for 2023 and 2024.

    The effect being Kathryn PARKER remains the holder of 2 shares and Michael PARKER remains the holder of 2 shares.

    Application by DELOITTE DUNEDIN

    To amend the date of four Particulars of Director from 27 November 2024 at 3:10 pm, 3:11 pm and 3:12 pm to 31 October 2024. The effect being on 31 October 2024, Kathleen Enid GRANT, Keith MARSHALL, Trevor MCGLINCHEY, and Scott William WILSON ceased as directors.
