Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 4 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by Legacy Accountants Tauranga Limited

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To enter a particulars of shareholding dated 1 April 2023.
    2. To submit amended annual returns for 2024 and 2025.

    The effect being Phillip Berry holds 5 shares and Karina Berry holds 95 shares.
