Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 2 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To amend a particulars of director dated 9 July 2026 at 1:04 pm.
    2. To replace a director consent form registered on 9 July 2026 at 1:04 pm.

    The effect being that Benjamin James Irving is shown as having appointed as director effective 9 July 2025.

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To remove a particulars of shareholding dated 17 July 2026 at 3:58 pm.
    2. To amend a particulars of shareholding dated 17 July 2026 at 4:58 pm.

    The effect being on 17 July 2026, 50 shares were transferred from Bradley James FARRAND to Nickolas Glenn Farrand and NICK FARRAND INDEPENDENT WW TRUSTEE LIMITED, jointly.
