Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 2 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by Serdar Kabul

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To remove the particulars of shareholding dated 13 November 2023. The effect being Ling Zhong remains a shareholder of 50 shares.
    2. To submit an amended annual return for 2024.

    Application by Travis Wright

    To enter a particulars of director dated 8 May 2024. The effect being Travis Wright ceased as a director on 8 May 2024.
