Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 3 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    To amend the date of a particulars of shareholding from 27 November 2025 to 31 December 2025.

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. Amend a particulars of shareholding dated 21 January 2026.
    2. Remove a particulars of shareholding dated 22 January 2026.

    The effect being SCH Kiwifruit Limited Partnership holds 1734 shares, and Dunstan Group Holdings Limited holds 3028 shares.
