Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 4 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

The effect being the company will be returned to a registered status.
    2. To remove two particulars of company addresses dated 9 July and 22 July 2025. The effect being the registered office address and the address for service remain to be WILLIAM BUCK (NZ) LIMITED, Level 4, 21 Queen Street, Auckland 1010.
