Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 3 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by CAMPBELL TYSON LIMITED 461

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To amend the date of a particulars of shareholding from 21 January 2025 to 1 October 2023.
    2. To submit amended annual returns for 2024.

    Application by Michael CAMPBELL

    To remove two particulars of director dated 6 March 2025 and 7 March 2025. The effect being Tom Madams was never appointed a director of this company.
