Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 3 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

  • EMPOWER WOMEN NETWORK ASSOCIATION LIMITED 9272238

    Application by Inoka Nayanthara Imiya Mohottige

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. Remove a Particulars of Director dated 11 September 2025, 19:35pm.
    2. To submit an amended annual return for 2025.
    The effect being, Rasika Harischandra SUDUWELI KANDAGE remains a director of the company.
