Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 2 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Replace the First Liquidators Report dated 4 November 2025 due to an error.

    The appointment of Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence as liquidators under section 241(2)(a) of the Act was invalid. Notice of the appointment of liquidators (17 November 2025) will be removed. The company will be returned to a registered status. Particulars of company address (17 November 2025) will be deleted, and correct addresses shown.
