Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 2 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by Marlene Richardt

    To remove a particulars of shareholding dated 18 September 2025. The effect being Marlene Richardt remains a shareholder of 40 shares.

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To amend the date of a particulars of shareholding from 13 October 2025 to 14 September 2023.
    2. To submit amended annual returns for 2024 and 2025.

    The effect being on 14 September 2023, Tomasz Przemyslaw Jozefowski holds 1 shares.
