Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 5 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

  • DRAPERS PLANT HIRE LIMITED 38449

    Application by Munro Benge Chartered Accountants Limited

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:

    1. To enter a particulars of shareholding dated 1 November 2024. The effect being Victor Anthony Deal Draper and James Anthony Young jointly hold 15,000 shares and jointly hold a separate holding of 25,000 shares.
    2. To amend a particulars of shareholding dated 13 March 2026. The effect being that, following the removal of Denis Frank Wood as a joint shareholder, Victor Anthony Deal Draper and James Anthony Young’s existing joint holding of 25,000 shares is increased by 45,000 shares, resulting in a total joint holding of 70,000 shares.
