Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 2 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

Section 360A(1)(a), Companies Act 1993 New Zealand Legislation

  • IRIDIUM PLATFORM CORPORATE NZ I LIMITED 9389906

    Application by Intertrust New Zealand

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:

    1. Amend a new company incorporation dated 5 December 2025.
    2. Replace a shareholder consent form registered on 5 December 2025.

    The effect being Brookfield Australia Funds Management Limited is the sole shareholder of 100 shares.

    Application by Moore Markhams Auckland

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:

    1. Amend a particulars of director dated 12 January 2026.
    2. Replace a director consent form registered on 12 January 2026.

    The effect being Chai Heng Tan was appointed director on 8 January 2026.
