Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 2 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    To remove two Particulars of Company Addresses dated 19 December 2024 and 7 January 2025. The effect being the Registered office address and Address for service remain to be “Flannery Tait Limited, 50d Centennial Avenue, Alexandra, Alexandra 9320 , New Zealand”.
