Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 2 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by Haigh Lyon Lawyers Limited

    To remove two particulars of shareholding dated 12 December 2024 and 20 January 2025 at 12:08 pm. The effect being prior to 20 January 2025, the shareholders remain to be RLA TRUSTEE SERVICES NO 44 LIMITED who held 55963 shares, TFI LIMITED who held 15102 shares, Jan Elizabeth Bone who held 4442 shares, and BETHUNES INVESTMENTS LIMITED (97222) who held 13325 shares.

    On 20 January 2025, following an issue and acquisition of shares, RLA TRUSTEE SERVICES NO 44 LIMITED held 69288 shares, TFI LIMITED held 15102 shares, and Jan Elizabeth Bone held 4442 shares.

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To register a consent of shareholder of proposed company on 20 March 2020.
    2. To amend the new company incorporation dated 20 March 2020.

    The effect being 96 shares are jointly held by Marie Bernadette Donovan, Arnthor Ingi Sigurjonsson, and C R TRUSTEES LIMITED (868509).
