Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 3 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by Paul Duggan & Associates Limited

    To amend the date of a particulars of shareholding from 16 April 2025 to 11 November 2024. The effect being on 11 November 2024, FINERAN HOLDINGS LIMITED (9282726) holds 55 shares.

    To amend a particulars of director dated 5 August 2025. The effect being Thomas Noel GROGAN ceased as a director on 1 August 2025.

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To remove a particulars of shareholding dated 27 January 2025.
    2. To submit amended annual returns for 2025.

    The effect being Matthew Leo STRAWBRIDGE holds 2700 shares, and Cheryl Leanne STRAWBRIDGE and Gary Ian STRAWBRIDGE jointly hold 300 shares.
