Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 3 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    To remove a particulars of director dated 19 June 2026. The effect being Shaikh Md Shahidullah remains a director.

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. Amend an update of shares and particulars of shareholding dated 12 March 2026 at 3:43 pm.
    2. Remove an update of shares and particulars of shareholding dated 12 March 2026 at 4:16 pm.

    The effect of this was that, on 12 March 2026, the total number of shares increased by 29,000,000, and Ball & Doggett Group Pty Ltd's shareholding increased to 2,549,000,100 shares.
