Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 4 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    (Application by Aon New Zealand)

    To remove a particulars of director dated 19 June 2026 at 1:42 pm. The effect being William Stanley Hooper remains a director.

    To remove a particulars of shareholding dated 3 September 2025. The effect being Dean John Ellis remains the sole shareholder.

    (Application by McDonald Vague)

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. Remove the Appointments of Liquidators dated 21 May 2026.
    2. Change the company status from “In Liquidation and In Voluntary Administration” to “In Voluntary Administration.”

    The effect being that the company was not put into liquidation under section 241 of Companies Act 1993 on 21 May 2026.
