Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 3 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. Replace a shareholders consent form registered on 12 March 2020.
    2. Remove a shareholders consent form registered on 12 March 2020.

    The effect being on company incorporation, A Martin Trustee Company Limited holds 99 shares and Andrew Charles Martin holds 1 share.
