Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 2 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by Samuel Stephen Woolerton

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To amend a particulars of shareholding dated 31 March 2026.
    2. To remove a particulars of shareholding dated 3 August 2026.

    The effect being that as of 31 March 2026, Samuel Stephen Woolerton holds 70 shares, and Monique Woolerton holds 30 shares.

    Application by Vivid Accounting Limited

    To amend the date of two particulars of shareholding from 17 September 2026 to 1 April 2026. The effect being that as of 1 April 2026, Jeannette Elevancini is the sole shareholder.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 17 November 2026 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice).
