Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 4 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by Malcolm James McNeill

    To amend a particulars of director dated 9 February 2026 at 4:12 pm. The effect being Gerald Quenton Sawers ceased as a director on 16 January 2024.

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
