Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 1 company.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. Remove the Appointments of Receivers’s dated 6 July 2026.
    2. Change the company status from “In Liquidation and In Receivership” to “In Liquidation.” The effect being that the company was not put into receivership under section 6 of the Receiverships Act 1993 on 6 July 2026.
