Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 8 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by Jarvis Advanced Accounting Solutions Limited

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:

    1. To amend a new company incorporation dated 2 April 2026.
    2. To remove three shareholder consent form registered on 2 April 2026.
    3. To enter a shareholder consent form registered on 2 April 2026.

    The effect being 600 shares are jointly held by Duncan Cotterill Christchurch Trustee (2011) Limited, James Andrew Thomas Lapsley, and Sophie Veronica Lapsley, while 600 shares are held by JA & JR Donohoe Trustees Limited.
