Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 5 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by Mint Advisors

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To remove Particulars of Directors dated 11 September 2025 and 18 September 2025. The effect being that Kathryn Louise Brown remains a director.
    2. To submit an amended annual return for 2025.
