Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 2 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

Section 360A(1)(a), Companies Act 1993 New Zealand Legislation

  • MORIARTY ASSOCIATES LIMITED 3698857

    (Application by Paul Patrick Moriarty)

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To amend a date of a particulars of shareholding from 1 March 2026 to 1 April 2026.
    2. To amend the same particulars of shareholding to the effect that Paul Moriarty holds 50 shares and Carla Moriarty holds 50 shares.

    (Application by Hongda Nie)

    To amend a particulars of shareholding dated 14 March 2026. The effect being Hongda Nie holds 70 shares, and Hongda Nie and Nga Man Wong jointly hold 30 shares.
