Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 6 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

  • BLUE FARM SOLUTIONS LIMITED 9281460

    Application by McKendry Advisors & Accountants Limited

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. Amend a Particulars of Director to change the date from 1 November 2024 to 29 October 2024.
    2. Remove a director consent registered on 1 November 2024.
    3. Register a director consent dated 29 October 2024.

    The effect being Richard Holben KIBBLEWHITE was appointed director since the company’s incorporation on 29 October 2024.
