Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 3 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by Lindsay John Gault

    To remove an update of shares and particulars of shareholding dated 14 January 2025. The effect being 1990 shares are jointly held by Barbara Irene Gault, Karen Maree Gault and Lindsay John Gault, 5 shares are held by Lindsay John Gault, and 5 shares are held by Barbara Irene Gault.
