Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 3 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies and the New Zealand Overseas Register in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    To remove a particulars of director dated 31 March 2026 at 4:30pm. The effect being Samuel Te Oru Mikaere remains a director.
