Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 1 company.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    To amend a particulars of shareholding dated 26 February 2026 at 4:03 pm. The effect being Simon John Carroll holds 530,848 shares, and Dervla Catherine Beaumont and Richard Ian Beaumont jointly hold 514,026 shares.
