Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 6 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by Citco Mercator UAB

    To remove a particulars of director and a director consent form registered on 19 January 2026. The Companies Register incorrectly recorded Francesca De Franco Weissman’s appointment as effective 1 October 2025. The correct position is that Francesca De Franco Weissman was appointed as a director on 13 January 2026 and has not ceased to hold office.
