Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 2 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

Section 360A(1)(a), Companies Act 1993 New Zealand Legislation

  • BEN TAYLOR BUILDERS LIMITED 1874434

    Application by Giles & Associates Chartered Accountants Limited

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To enter a particulars of shareholding dated 1 April 2025.
    2. To submit an amended annual return for 2025.

    The effect being Benjamin John Taylor and Sarah Elizabeth Taylor jointly hold 98 shares, Benjamin John Taylor holds 1 share, and Sarah Elizabeth Taylor holds 1 share.

    Application by Brett Luxton

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To remove a particulars of director dated 1 July 2025.
    2. To submit an amended annual return for 2025.

    The effect being Grant Wright remains a director.
