Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 2 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    Application by Daniel Costello

    To remove a particulars of shareholding dated 18 September 2024 at 8:01 pm. The effect being Henry Peter Leseur remains the sole shareholder.

    To amend a particulars of director dated 4 February 2025 at 7:57 pm. The effect being Yuping Wen ceased as a director on 1 January 2022.
