Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Overseas Register for 1 company.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Overseas Register, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

    (Application by MGI Plus More (Auckland) Limited)

    To remove the overseas company as the applicant advised it was incorrectly registered on the Overseas Register. Unless an objection is received, PATHTECH HOLDINGS PTY LTD will be removed as an overseas company after the objection period has expired.
