Trialling our mobile-friendly annual return form

We are making it easier than ever to complete your annual return. To do this we partnered with Business Connect last year to create a mobile-friendly online form using FormBuilder. The Business Connect Platform is an All-of-Government platform enabling secure and efficient creation and processing of forms and transactions.

When you use our mobile-friendly option, you can review and confirm your company details directly from your mobile device — quickly, securely, and hassle-free.

Because the FormBuilder form uses our API, you get a small discount.

• Companies Office online service — $49.74 (plus GST)
• FormBuilder mobile form — $46.74 (plus GST)

Who can trial the FormBuilder form

We are inviting directors that have completed their own annual returns before to trial the mobile-friendly form. Once you have completed your return, we will send you a short survey to get your feedback.

If you have received an invitation from us, you can participate if:

• your annual return is due now, and
• you do not need to update any of your company’s details, and
• you can pay your filing fee by credit card or debit card.

How to begin the trial

1. Check that your company details are up to date, especially:
   • Company addresses
   • Director details, and
   • Shareholdings.
2. Log in to FormBuilder and complete your annual return.
