Director prohibitions imposed in June and July 2026

The Registrar can prohibit people from managing companies for up to 10 years if, within the previous 5 years, they were involved in managing one or more companies that failed due to mismanagement.

The people named below have been banned (prohibited) from managing companies under section 385 of the Companies Act 1993. Prohibitions remove higher risk individuals from the commercial arena, protect the public, and deter poor management.
