Director prohibitions imposed in April and May 2026
The Registrar of Companies can ban (prohibit) people from managing companies.
Under the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar can ban (prohibit) people from being a company director or manager of a company for a period up to 10 years. This can happen if they were involved in managing one or more companies that failed due to mismanagement.
The people named below have been banned (prohibited) from managing companies under section 385 of the Companies Act 1993. Prohibitions remove higher‑risk individuals from the commercial arena, protect the public, and deter poor management.
