Conviction for Zeb Townsend

  • 1 x section 261(6A) of the Companies Act 1993 for failing to comply with the liquidator’s notice given under section 261(1) of the Companies Act 1993 requiring him to deliver company books and records to the liquidator.
  • 1 x section 274(2) of the Companies Act 1993 for failing to comply with a requirement by the liquidator to deliver company property within the specified period to a person directed by the liquidator.

Convicted and sentenced on 26 June 2020 to 100 hours’ community work.
