Christian Tschida was convicted under:

Section 378(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 1 representative charge of fraudulently applying property of a company for a purpose other than that of the company.
Section 378(b) of the Companies Act 1993 on 1 charge of fraudulently concealing property of a company.
Section 386A(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 on 1 charge of being directly involved in the promotion, formation, and management of a phoenix company.

Convicted and sentenced on 2 May 2025 to 6 months’ community detention.
