Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 2 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

  • SKY STONE CONSULTING LIMITED 6708233

    Application by the Official Assignee

    To replace the liquidator’s final report registered on 20 August 2024.

  • TUATAHI FIRST FIBRE LIMITED 3226213

    Application by Bell Gully

    To remove two Change of Company Names dated 22 September 2021. The effect being from 12 December 2011 until 1 November 2021, the company name was ULTRAFAST FIBRE LIMITED, and from 1 November 2021 until present, the company name is TUATAHI FIRST FIBRE LIMITED.
