Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 3 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

Companies to be corrected

  • GLOBAL MOTION NEW ZEALAND LIMITED 1457860

    Application by CHAPMAN TRIPP

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To amend the Particulars of Director dated 5 May 2023 at 12:52 pm and replace a Director Consent registered on 5 May 2023. The effect being Scott Willard MARTIN was appointed director on 28 April 2023.
    2. To amend the Particulars of Director dated 5 May 2023 at 2:23 pm. The effect being Grant Barry RYDER ceased to be a director on 28 April 2023.

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:

    2. To amend the Particulars of Director dated 5 May 2023 at 2:22 pm. The effect being Grant Barry RYDER ceased to be a director on 4 May 2023.
