Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 3 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

  • KASE ELECTRICAL LIMITED 9073652

    Application by Semisi KERISIANO

    To remove a Particulars of Shareholding dated 11 July 2024. The effect being James JOE remains a shareholder of 30 shares.

  • MIDLANDS RURAL TRANSPORT LIMITED 7024693

    Application by BFA Limited

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To amend the Particulars of Shareholding dated 6 March 2023.
    2. To remove the Update of Shares and Particulars of Shareholding dated 9 November 2023.
    3. To submit amended annual returns for 2023 and 2024.

    The effect being the total number of shares remains to be 10,000 shares, and on 6 March 2023, Brendon CANE and Michael John RORISON transferred 300 shares to Susan Louise Martin and 300 shares to Jason Gordon.
