Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 4 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

Companies to be corrected

  • REALTIESNZ LIMITED 8383079

    Application by John CALDWELL

    To amend the Particulars of Shareholding dated 8 November 2022. The effect being Conrad Wallace HEAVEN remains a shareholder of 400 shares and John Helton CALDWELL a shareholder of 350 shares.
