  • 1 x section 261(6A) of the Companies Act 1993 for failing to comply with the liquidator’s notice given under section 261(2) of the Companies Act 1993 requiring him to attend on the liquidator for the purposes of examination.

Convicted and sentenced on 10 July 2019 to 150 hours community work.
