- 1 x section 261(6A) of the Companies Act 1993 for failing to comply with the liquidator's notice under s 261(1) requiring him to deliver company books, accounts and records to the liquidator.
- 1 x section 273(2) of the Companies Act 1993 for concealing or removing property from the liquidators of the company.
- 1 x section 274(2) of the Companies Act 1993 for failing to delivering property to a person that the liquidator directed, or dispose of property in a manner the liquidator directed.
Convicted on 31 May 2017 and sentenced on 16 August 2017 to 100 hours community work and 8 months supervision.
