  • 1 x section 261(6A) of the Companies Act 1993 for failing to comply with the liquidator’s notice given under section 261(1) of the Companies Act 1993 requiring him to deliver company books, accounts and records to the liquidator.

Convicted on 28 March 2019 and sentenced on 22 May 2019 to 300 hours’ community detention plus $250 solicitors’ costs.
