  • 1 x section 261(6A) of the Companies Act 1993 for failing to comply with the liquidator’s notice given under section 261(1) of the Companies Act 1993 to attend at the offices of the liquidator for the purposes of examination.
  • 1 x section 261(6A) of the Companies Act 1993 for failing to comply with the liquidator’s notice given under section 261(1) of the Companies Act 1993 requiring him to deliver company books, accounts and records to the liquidator.

Convicted on 1 June 2018 and sentenced on 30 January 2019 to 3 months’ community detention and 140 hours’ community work.
